They do have an FDA-approved platform that research companies could use. But they are not getting much revenue from it. Also, the Diabetes area is flooded with other drugs. Quote

Not getting much revenue right now is the reason why the stock is down. And we are getting a deal. When we invest, we invest based on future outcome. It takes time to ramp things up. Fundamentally, do you have trust in their product or not? Quote
