People mood also affects stock market.

Starting in Mid March till mid may, more and more states will come out of winter.

During the last 4-6 weeks of winter, people will be wanting winter to be done and summer to start.

Once United states warms up, stock market usually becomes better whenever there is a downturn.

Also, Canada and China are hurting more than USA. They have already started to negotiate.

If it worsens a little bit in the meanwhile, there would be rate cuts. Have patience :)

If you cant handle days like these, stock markets are not for you. Its OK to feel a bit of pressure but it will come back to normal.

If you want safer investments, stick to index funds and ETFs or HYSA/Bonds.

I am conservative investor anna .. so after few initial years of investing in individual stocks i lost patience and from past 3+ yrs i am 100% into ETF and Mutual funds.

Basically i don't want to spoil my health with all anxiety and other mental health issues and not that greedy as well..

Its a good strategy. Keep adding more when markets are headed lower.
