Nobody knows what "low" is. It's a dynamic situation. Today, I might feel Tesla is low at 230. And it might end up as 100 by end of May. Who knows.

Fed can reduce interest rates/start QE. QT already reduced by 80%

Tax cuts ahead.

Some companies can easily shift here.

Tariffs lead to dollar devaluation which means that the values of the Assets that companies hold should go up. This is good for stocks. Even companies with debt will benefit as their debt also gets devalued.

There are companies that benefit from tariffs but are going down. HIMS for example, benefits from higher drug prices and they manufacture generic drugs in USA. Look for those opportunities.
