Hindenburg is known for finding these accounting frauds. The fact that SMCI is delaying results now confirms they were correct. SMCI has done these frauds before and were fined. They delayed results before as well. 

Really bad corporate governance. Price looks tempting, but the shorts are not done yet. Also with NVDA results tomorrow, if it goes side ways, SMCI will see rock bottom.
