Ahead of Monday’s market close, the stock was down 14% year to date. Kohl’s expects 2025 sales to fall 5% to 7% on a reported basis and 4% to 6% on a comparable basis, the latter of which adjusts for store openings and closures. Earnings are expected to come in at 10 to 60 cents a share for the fiscal year. Kohl’s was already facing a decline in traffic after a disappointing back-to-school season led the retailer to cut its guidance ahead of the holidays. CEO Ashley Buchanan, who took the company’s top role in January, stepped in during a period of turmoil as the chain aims to lure back its core customers. In the fiscal year ahead, Kohl’s said it aims to regain traction lost in categories such as fine jewelry and intimate apparel while continuing to roll out Sephora shops in its department stores. Their quarters are lumpy....if one quarter is bad, the next quarter is usually better as they start some projects in one quarter and the revenue is realized next quarter which is the reason as to why Q4 2024 has just 9.6% growth compared to Q4 2023 eventhough 2024 overall growth rate is 24%. One another bullish point is that they are expecting big contracts from Europe as they are increasing their defense spending thanks to Thaatha Only concerning point was as to how they are going to get money for Edge Autonomy. They sound confident.....have see. Whether it happens or not, the price was ridiculous. So I bought again 1 Quote

What is the point of signing a treaty if he doesn't honor it. This will be an example to the world that there is no point negotiating or signing a treaty with him Quote
