Around 30%. Did well with options last 3 months. Had idea but never did options before.

Income portfolio did well. 16% Div + Capital appreciation. Rest stocks. I usually sell at 15% profits if quick.

40%. many pandemic losers came to parity and got rid of them. In addition got lucky with rdw, sofi, hims, pltr, archer, joby. Regular big players did their thing as usual.

Missed out on quantum though

The reason I sold stocks in Jan is in anticipation of downside in markets due to tariffs. We will get many deals in the market in coming months.

if you want to buy now, MRNA and PFE should do well due to the new virus. PFE in general should do well.

It will. Its going as per the indications last 3-4 months. Inflation is on the rise and will climb even further. That's y i am pessimist on markets in Q1. And tariffs.

Home prices will continue to reduce as Mortgage rates climb (They are dependent on 10-yr yield). Anyone looking for house, Q1 and Q2 you will see plenty of deals. Also the whole H1 will take away H1 prospective customers and investment homes.
