Anna cheppinattu yes do not expect returns on it most of them are shallow ones like our DB ids ..   

That's why i suggested GOVT backed projects.. every state runs it.. Once you secure it then you can hire some one who does the job for you.. You do not need involve in it.. As these are State run getting EB5 will be easy for you. Look for states on Mid-West States rather than West , East and North East. South States no Idea kaka...

Don’t expect you will get your money back and GC is your priority. I know many people who invested on eb5 and still waiting for their GC. So money padi undi anukunte go for it

mottam million ante pedda  amount em kada bro, around 8Cr  if u setup a gas station  in  MOntana or north dakota I am sure u can easlity recoup the money, it might take years but, consider it as investment to get clean water, air and other services, too.

why can't he put money in franchise for example milwaukee lo oka saloon vunde, I was told that it was Chinese owned.
I know a friend who applied EB-5 in 2018 and got it recently; also some ppl from India invested in horse breeding company for their GC(ofcourse they are filthy rich so they don't need returns on it but they got their GC).

Thanks bro. So what I heard it’s now taking 7 years to get permanent GC. So until then we need to have the money invested right? If that’s the case 1M+ without any growth for that long ante huge bokke
