Aa 15K crs loan cover cheyyadam kosam Centre grant isthundha ledha anedhi tharvatha matladukuntam antundhi so until you get the grant from center to cover the loan, it remains a loan. How difficult is it to to stick to the facts? Not tough, easy peasy. BTW loan is not a bad thing if used properly for development but the fact is it is a loan
