does it really work ? It should right, as you have right to remain silent.

it will to a extent. Smell is a probable cause and they can arrest you if you decline breathalyzer or sobriety tests. Station ki poyi blood test chestaru, if it's under they'll let you go. If not, sometimes a good attorney can get that blood test invalidated

I got pulled over in 2014 right in front of apt entrance and pulled in to the parking lot. I didn't say a word and he knew I was drunk. Since you're at your place safe, i'm letting you go ani save chesindu. Stopped doing it after that

Police do not have jurisdiction in private places and usually don't test ani vinna. Read some blogs a few years back. The suggestion was to stop car in private places like church/business offices/apartments, etc.

My cousin had a similar issue last year, and finding the right help was a pain until someone pointed us to https://nevadalegaladvisor.com/. They helped him figure out the next steps without making the process more stressful. Some of the advice online can be all over the place, so it helped to talk to someone who actually knew what they were doing.

I went through something similar and just kept my mouth shut till I got a lawyer. Cops try to get you to talk more, but silence really helped my case.

Can you elaborate? Lawyer vachada?
