As per some of indian parents : Just for a miniscule of appearances or opportunities to win medals, why kids ( or kids family ) need to sacrifice their careers ? If kid opt for sports with an aim to win medals, kid will go through rigorous training and might appear in 2 or 3 olympics . If they end up as unsuccessful then what next?

I think thats where govt has to come in. provide jobs in govt sector.or recommend people in private sector or they can coach or guide other upcoming.

can make them coaches.. can recruit them as sports instructors in all govt colleges and schools on the basis of merit. just casually mind ki ochindi cheptunna, real ga analyze cheste govt can create much more opportunities for them...i did engineering in a central govt college, and we hardly have any faculty related to sports & physical training. 

if govt wants to encourage the culture, they can create many opportunities for them.

That is too much to ask Kaka..You need to ask Parents ... Not a PM of the country.. He is nothing but reflection of current parents Psychology.. 

How many of the Parents are encouraging their kids to participate in sports other than cricket. How many colleges are out there which has minimum 60 min's of Sports Class... ?  How many private and Govt colleges have minimum 10 acres of play ground .. ?

I don't agree. That's what we have to  learn from China. Allocate budgets start sports schools. Have a plan. Don't  entirely blame parents. there are many useless people roaming around without jobs.
