I do not think it is needed at this moment. It was already proven that there are no issue in having different Personal Laws based on religions. If it all any human rights violations are there then we can address these through courts. We need to speed up the process that's it.  India is the only country which has these kind of laws. 

This only brings instability to the nation. Even this law do not address the Scheduled Tribes issue...Lot of tribes follow their own accords defined in their community.. how these are going to be addressed.
