Don't do any stupid Keto  diets and $hit. Just east less quantity and gradually lose weight..... I think Governments fcked us all up with Covid shots

One of my close relative died of cardiac arrest last month. He was going somewhere with his friends. CPR anni chesaru on the way to hospital.....  Reached hospital in 10 mins.... Doctors kooda try chesaru CPR but it was too late.

Heard he was doing some low carb keto diet since last 6 months and lost some 15 lbs...... Friends tho party ki velli edho drink and biryani junk food tinnar anta..... On the way to Hyd he suddenly collapsed in the car.

Don't abuse your body with heavy diet and food change habits. Our hearts are not the same as before Covid.

How old was he? Pratidi covid anakandi. Young age lo cardiac arrests were common pre covid too. Appudu covid ledu kabatti evadu pattinchukoledu. Just lifestyle issues.

My cousin had similar symptoms and after all tests came back normal, his doc said it could be anxiety-related or muscle tension. He started using THC for pain, mainly for his back, but said it surprisingly helped him feel less tight in his chest too. Not saying it’s a fix, but it might be worth asking a doctor about if nothing else is showing up.

I had a similar incident, went and did a lot of tests, they said everything normal

I also did low carb diet, lost some weight later, I think low carb diet is still the best way to avoid getting diabetes but you should watch your cholesterol levels if you are eating too much meat, diary

agree that everything should be in moderation, too much extremes in diet does not help and is not sustainable in the longer run so mostly portion control is very important

A CT scan is not usually indicated for symptoms like these, unless they find anything suspicious in the tests that the OP got. Most probably, the OP suffered from a GI-related symptom, and an ECG is the best test to rule out anything serious.

From our side, one thing we can do to track any arrhythmias is to get something like the Kardiamobile (available on Amazon) or even something simpler like an Apple Watch. While the watch will not provide a lot of data, it can at least warn against atrial fibrillation, which can be asymptomatic sometimes, but can raise the risk of stroke.

HDL ki eat psyllium husk. Good for digestion and bowel movements as well. Mine increased to 55-60 levels from 30s.
Your LDL 3% more is not that high. Reduce sugar and add exercise. Red meat tyagam avasaram ledu
