In 2011, Hyderabad generated revenues of ₹700,000 million (US$8.4 billion) and contributed a third of the state's tax revenue. 

You're taking a district that contributes to 33% of the state economy and dividing it by 1 of the 3 regions in the state. That's why you are seeing higher growth average.

Really then why do all other S.J states have higher growth rate than andhra from 1990-1999?.

 why does andhra have more growth rate from 2004-2014 than 1990-1999?

So you accept that CBN is a broker who only cared about r.s ventures in hyderabad and left  the state to dogs?

My issue is not with CBN or the growth of the state before. My issue is merely a statistical average of growth extrapolation assuming a uniform growth rate across the state of Andhra Pradesh before partition.

It doesn't matter ,they are calculated seperately by using data from individual districts or revenue divisions.

They don't extrapolate anything as you have data from each revenue division or district.

andhra and hyd restarted after 99 only cbn ruling biggest issue is draught in 2002 and 2003 biggest in south india even godavari didnt get water
