Incompatible lifestyles and family backgrounds. She should have waited a big more to "settle" either actress/ producer before marrying. He is from a rich family, but still a white collar worker. His social and family circle is all non-filmy people. Very difficult to draw boundaries and deal with all the noise she bring in. 
 

She is not as spoiled as Chiru daughters...
