I had a similar shoulder issue, and getting checked by Shoulder Surgeon in York Dr. Bercik helped me figure out what movements were safe so I didn’t keep hurting myself. For workouts, I eased in with light resistance bands, walking, and simple core work before touching anything heavy. Mixing mobility drills with short strength sessions kept things steady without flare-ups. CrossFit felt too intense, but a basic gym routine worked fine for me.
