After that she joined many companies. Every company she got highest ratings from Managers (all non-desi). She never joins a contract where there is Desi manager. By mistake she joined another contract 4 years back.. NCR.. she quit immediately as soon as she came to know her manager is desi.. 

Now she is in a good place for past 6 years. full remote since 2019.
