Tonnes of them. I personally know 4 people who are looking for homes in Prosper, Celina for last 1 year but waiting for rates to come down to 5-6% range

All 2020-2022 newly wed grads are looking for homes waiting for these cuts.

I have been exclusively trading svix, both short and long term options on svix. Svix on raise, volatility down.
