True with Avacado. It works. So does dry fruits. It increased by 6-10 for me. But Psyllium husk has been phenomenal. 34-50+ for a lot of people I know who did this.

If you follow some diet restrictions and yoga you can reverse diabetes and even BP and cholesterol. Very tough to follow.

Yes. My sugar levels have retreated. But I used paneeer doda, Menthulu as well. Cannot say which one worked. 
My levels were borderline before started

Nope. I would know based on cravings. Also quarterly checks at hospital.last reading was good
