There was an incident a few yrs back. Raiders WR, a young guy ran away from cops when asked to stop (DUI Check). They chased and got him somewhere. They suspected him to have drugs. Instead they found Blue Pills. When asked Y he would run away, he said he was worried about reputation. He was 21 or 22 at that time ... 

Its very common these days and nothing wrong in using. We have to treat it like any other sickness. No shame.
