ee madhya EV's lease better anipistundi. say you want to buy a ~50-60k EV , if you put down 5k down payment, ~55k loan (including taxes, new vehicle destination charges), 5 yrs loan term at ~6%. 
you are basically paying almost monthly payment ~850- 900 or even higher depending on price of your vehicle. But basically right after you buy a vehicle a year or two later its depreciates. you might be having a loan bigger than what the car is currently worth. but say if you got the same in lease at say ~500 per month for 2-3 yrs, you are paying to use it . you can negotiate at the end for buyout or walk away and decide to get a different one. traditionally if you  keep the car for longer buying may be the better option.
