Hi All,

Asking for a Friend:

"I was coming from a friend house at around 3 am and was about to reach home- My car driver side tire got flattened and had hit the curb, no injuries to anyone and no one was involved except my car. 

911 call was made and I was taken on DWI case (first DWI, no any other violations historically)- released on PR bond. What will be implications of DWI case and how to proceed now ? I was asked to call the court (online) to make a court date online. Will I be arrested again ? Should I hire an attorney ?

 

I have learnt my lesson and I am afraid now at the same time when it says court. "

Any suggestions how to proceed and will there be jail time ?
