I have been lifting since 2020, covid time lo gym was the only time pass. apartment gym was just opposite to my apartment and luckily they didn't block us from going in during peak covid time also. After 1 year once I saw the gains, it became a compulsion/habit. Weak lo 3 to 5 times lift cheyyalsinde. 

Hair konchem sides lo receding but with proper hair cut doesn't show out yet.
