They are a group of consultant company owners… they will lobby for their interests and that is to get h1 approvals, less scrutiny

Anni chotla AI ledu inka. Companies have invested in it but palpable effect will be seen only after 4 to 5 years. Small and mid size companies are still depending on contractors. Big companies have flushed them out.

Small and mid size companies are becoming more efficient as well. Box /Kraken disposed around 1500 employees whose jobs can be automated. It’s just matter of time anthe. Second gen desi kids also entering market, soo much of GC inventory kuda undi market lo. H1B is a matter of past inka (except one is highly skilled).

H1B real purpose yeppudo gone. It's all about cheap labor and consultancy dhandha. 1000 lo oka 100 to 200 vuntareno critical resources migatha antha you can train well here but no one want to do that on purpose
