before you start AC for summer, HVAC draining pipes ni hot water, vinegar tho clean cheste better antaru. Outside unit ni water tho cleaning. Thats all I knw.

Honestly, any house—new or old—is going to need repairs at some point. Even with a new build, things can pop up in the first few years. For me, we had a small plumbing issue not long after moving into our house. I thought I could fix it myself, but after a couple of failed attempts, I called Raptor Plumbing, and they sorted it out quickly. It wasn’t a big deal, but it showed me that even new homes aren’t totally maintenance-free.
