Obv new homes are good but older homes are better in build quality than the post covid one's....repairs/maintenance issues start after 10 years if maintained well. Seasonal ac tuneup, duct cleaning, and not loading ac too much are a few to keep in mind. apartments lo lekka ac setpoint ni air circulation lekka vaadithe 5 years lo ac phut, especially in high ceiling homes.

Structural issues are very rare unless there is a big tree next to the foundation or lack of proper soil moisture around.

For stuff like small wall cracks or redoing part of the brick outside, I went with Masonry Service.
