#1 - AcWorth - Already many desis (Telugu's) living in here... School rankings are coming up - Builder is STANLEY MARTIN (Quality looks very decent). This community is shared by LENNAR and STANLEY. Lennar is priced 20K cheap also the end product looks same value. but STANLEY MARTIN looking way better. - Expected rent 3000

#2 - Lawrenceville - Diversified community - Close by Schools, Highway - Close by many desis (gujjus and others) - Builder is RockHaven (Not a big it seems - build quality decent, better than LENNAR it seems).  - Expected rent 3500

@Sonu_Patel With your advise we avoided DESI DISTRICT (though we passed by couple of time), had a great food in HYD Grill and Biryani, CHOWRASTA (so so).

Primary home or investment? I have been to both the areas to check the neighborhood and I liked Acworth more than Lawrenceville. Lawrenceville koncham mass ga anipinchindi but it is close to some of the good neighborhoods. I think Rivian battery plant kuda malli start ayye chances baga vunnayi Auburn area lo which will bring more families around this area.

Possibly for Investment - based on our initial observation - AcWorth can fetch you upto 3000 to 3500, Lawrenceville can fetch between 3500 to 4000.
