Doctor didn't mentioned anything about two doses. 
Pharmacy people are saying need two doses of Hep-B vaccine and we have to wait for 30 days to get the second dose.

Doctor mentioned this in the report.. 
The applicant took one shot already on Date and further Hep-B vaccine is scheduled. 

Does this sufficient to submit the report to USCIS or do I have to wait for a month and get that second does and then submit with full details ?

 

We only got 1 shot of MMR & Hep-B vaccine from cvs
