Mine - 100% Neck and Shoulder. A couple of years back I had this pain in shoulder and arms. Stiff neck and restless sleeping. 2-3 months I did Physical Therapy, did not help. Then I had to go to Japan for work and 1 day sleep in the hotel, I woke up like a new person. I am not exaggerating. All pain gone and completely normal in 1 week. Then I understood why Japanese Beds and pillows are so much Raved.

I changed bed after coming back. Helped. But Neck pain came back. So I changed pillow and its working well. 50-60% pain reduced.

I have to search where I can get those Japanese beds here in CA.

Due to the nature of work on Computers, spending too much time at the Desk, and Social media and phone usage these days, Neck and Shoulder pain have become common. Apart from routine Physical Therapy and neck exercises that help you below, below things have helped me a lot.

  • Changing bed. Memory foam 14 inch. No more back issues
  • Cervical Neck pillow. Lots available in Amazon priced between $30 - $60.
  • Heated Neck Stretcher - Spend 15-20 mins every day on it.

I don't know. I have also heard that hospital beds are of very high quality. They don't sell these in the open market. Or very few do. There was some disco in DB about them before.

@shaktimaan might know more on these.

No offense. As I mentioned before, A lot of people have a lot of knowledge on different things. Some share and some do not. Travelling and observing people, and cultures adds to your experiences.
