they definitely should be because of the use and abuse they have to withstand at the same time providing some comfort to patients.

Just simple gym anna . Cardio , treadmill , Small weights , push-ups. 

Consistently oka 2 weeks , weekly 3 times chesi chudu. You will thank me later . 60 min in each session .

Threadmill & walk I already do. 

Will add more cardio, stretching and small weights.

I had a similar issue last year and turns out it was a labral SLAP tear causing all the neck and shoulder discomfort. I didn’t even know it could link up like that. You might want to check out https://steventhorntonmd.com/shoulder/labral-slap-tears/ — it explained a lot about what I was feeling and what kind of treatment made sense for me.

Flat pillows, regular neck stretches is the only way for chronic neck pain .. Mine has completely healed. I was in a really bad state a few months back.

Temporary relief. Its not a bad idea to get it once a month.

Physical therapy worked well for me, though it increased my pain 4x/5x times. Add a flat pillow and regular neck stretches.
