Anyone thinking H1B or GC giving with merit and points system then you never get that. Vomerica won't run on points based system like Canada or Australia Or NZ. I agree. I think H1b workers come into 4 categories.

1. Working in top tech industries, these people are skilled and go through several rounds of interviews and they add great value to tech industry 

2. working in small and medium Industries, these people have done masters here and gained skills through experience and are back bone of small and medium tech and pharma industry 

3. people working through witch companies on contract roles. People working here are skilled but the issue is with their companies paying them low salaries and replacing American workers.

4. people working through  consultancies or body shops.
