PTO accrual hours adi ... We could accrue PTO upto that many hours.

I always tell I don't have any PTO left over and I wish I take one more break in team meetings. 

I get a PTO every 1.5 weeks. Otherwise they get wasted at end of year. Or accrual stops at 240 now.

ante you can accrue only a month of PTO if not used it gets lapsed aa; 
I wish I had 4 weeks of yearly vacation to start with;

I get more than 24 days of PTO per year + 8 Sick leaves. If my existing PTO is 240, I wont accrue any more. It will go waste. Sickleaves, only 3 get carry over to next year.
