Cant agree more on this....post 2014, holding a property and income source in India is becoming a liability rather than an asset. There are lot of tax complications that modi and co are creating. Ppl r not realizing the amount of tax burden govt is imposing on them in india.

Realized this in 2018 and stopped investing a penny in India. Those 10x returns days r gone. Now every transaction is charged with a gst in addition to stamp duty at market price than donga rates before 2015. Those invested between 2005-2015 made a fortune and thats it.

US has better ways to invest and getting by without paying too much tax. Buy a land and put pandulu in it, that becomes agricultural purpose and you will be taxed bare minimum on it. Its not a residential plot any more.

I'm also consolidating all my properties and parents r convinced on the consolidation/getting rid of properties, especially agri land. Previously it was about prestige to hold land.

Currently there is a cap of 25L on each individual to expatriate money out of India. Use it while its still there...modi is going to close that window and soon start taxing that as well.

Buy a villa in a gated community in India, let's say after 50 you decide to live in India at least for a few months in an year that villa is going to come in handy and the way villa rates are going up in Hyderabad future lo chala expensive aipotaay konalanna konalem in the nicer parts of the city. Rest everything keep in the US only.

I was trying to look for a video where an andhra farmer has banana plantation + Buffaloes and making his own manure that increased his agriculture productivity. He purchased some turkeys (10-20), as someone wanted to get rid of them, was not sure what to do with them, and found a good market for its eggs in Bangalore and increased turkeys to 2000. Says its profitability is out of the roof.

A lot of ppl were asking for the manure. So he made a big cheruvu and started making more natural fertilizer and sold it. Very inspirational. If you see it, you would go back

oka stock broker company divala tesina oka 50% ayina vuntayi reason for multiple demat accounts and atleast 8% growth vuntayi...oka tax filing oka pani vuntadi regular ga yearly once if you sell and buy.

Chala sepu vetika dorkaledu. Have to check email history if I saved it somewhere. It’s a masterpiece video where the guy explains everything on investment and how much he makes. 
it’s not like new age influencers who just blabber something for views. He is very popular in those villages it seems, some channel went and interviewed him.

Vichitram emundi baa. My sister’s family also live outside India. But they visit twice a year and stay in their house for 45 days overall in a year. They ask neighbors maid to work in their house for those days. They get house cleaned on the day they come. Def renting is not an option for me.
