Any job that pretty much follows a predictable pattern with predefined standard inputs and outputs defined can be automated to large extent.

That leaves certain complex blue collar work , creative works, and surgeons (people may be very hesitant to have operated by a machine). 

Bulk of the work force will be redundant, and that's left will employ and improvise more AI

Medicine is never a predictable pattern , everyone is unique,the same disease presents differently in many patients 

So there is no pattern recognition and generation in medicine
