They stay in India but first child born here so she want second child also citizen USA. First child no problem everything done for free including delivery. She went to emergency and delivery done without asking anything and she said later will pay when bill was $80K but she gave wrong address and wrong phone number so zero dollars paid everything fine and good but now for second child has same plan but we go to hospital now they saying not guarantee if they can issue SSN and passport to apply, is this true ?
