Vallatho matladutu cheppanu try doing projects,asked them to build portfolios and reach out to employers through linkedin. They are not ready for it, all they need is those 14$ per hour and more hours to work and finish off debt by the end of masters because it was suggested to them by one of their well settled GC relative in US! Ippudu opt start aindi no job!

Same case with me too, nearby store guy on OPT, content with odd jobs and just looking for more hours in a week. So the vicious cycle of debt & odd jobs won't end.

 

I have seen my seniors do odd jobs but at same time build up profile, crack an interview, leave the odd job for a junior and guide them for career after finishing masters. Looks like this culture is lost, evariki vaare - yamuna teeree.......

This new generation becoming dangerous emotionless asalu mana time lo sibling bonding or parents ante love affection chupinchevallam but I have seen my siblings kids in India they are giving a  to parents and asalu 0 emotions. Not able to take any advice and thinking what they do is right. Very scary
