I used to handle small fixes myself, but after a few plumbing and electrical mistakes cost me more than they should have, I now let property maintenance companies take care of most stuff. They're faster and know what they’re doing, especially with rentals. Saves me weekend stress trying to figure out what's wrong or buying the wrong parts. I just double-check their reviews before picking one.
