Doctors say robotic healing is faster as it can precisely cut. Only certain types of knee replacement products are compatible with the robot. You may not be able to choose the product from the manufacturer you like Quote
starocky Posted January 27 Report Posted January 27 Also robo is usually twice the cost of normal replacement Quote

AndhraneedSCS Posted January 27 Report Posted January 27 Nowadays, a lot of adults over 60 are getting these surgeries. My mom got it done almost 3 years ago (robo assisted in B'lore). For her, it took a long time to recover like 4-6 months but she is doing just fine since. She got it done for both legs at the same time and it is recommended to do both at same time if needed Quote

Not entirely 6 months, they can go to restroom, may need a little help while getting up initially but they will understand and get things themselves. 6 months is for "No Pain". after 1 month, they should be able to do everything. It is just that the pain will stay for longer in some individuals. Quote
