After surgery, Physical therapy is crucial. The success of the surgery depends on this. Take Physical Therapy seriously.

What’s the difference between robotic vs non robotic surgery. Which is less pain and easy procedure and recovery?

Nowadays, a lot of adults over 60 are getting these surgeries. My mom got it done almost 3 years ago (robo assisted in B'lore). For her, it took a long time to recover like 4-6 months but she is doing just fine since.

She got it done for both legs at the same time and it is recommended to do both at same time if needed

Understood. Also Wonder running excersie will eventually cause knee problems?

After Knee surgery, you can't skid as that could pose issues. You can't sit on anything below 12-18 inches in height. No issues sitting or walking/sleeping. I don't think it is for athletes unless they position the leg correctly after each step.

Less tissue damage as it is very precise and so faster recovery.

Minimal incision .. so recovery time faster antaru .. but it costs more .. like 8L or so .. non robotic aithe half d price .. but to be frank both same antaru .. telisina friend valla mom whose age was 75+ she got non-robotic .. so she recovered same way as my aunt

You could be right but the failure rate is very low (and mostly due to people not doing physical therapy after the surgery). The problem is that they will have an imbalance in walking as the surgery leg could be a little taller and this imbalance can lead to back pain and other issues with posture.

Also, some people don't want to go through the same pain again after experiencing everything once.

Pain is probably just 20% higher in the first 1 week (both Knees Vs single) and they don't have to be in bed for longer periods.

When the doctors gave us all these factors, we (and the doctors) decided to go for both legs simultaneously.
