My plots in tirupati have appreciated a lot in last 5 years ,even in Nellore .tpt has completely changed last time I visited ,I think it will be the second largest after vizag pretty soon.

He is the best we have gotten in recent years since 1994 after ntr.

I am from Vizag, My FIL is one of the known builders in Vizag and Guntur.. 

His 2 ventures, 1 in Gajuwaka (350+ Flats)  area and 1 near Yendada 160 Flats.. Almost 75% sold in both the ventures. 

Last 2-3 months market nil ayyindhi.. No sales at all.. 

Mangalagiri area lo 1 Acre 10+ Cr chepthunnaru. No one is ready to invest for such huge prices, because of farmers, capital lo investments and development stuck avuthunnayi..

That's the problem, they want prices to be higher than cities which are way more developed. Inka investments ela vasthai? People are too much greedy. 

Development ante not just big companies, small Industries and even small retail businesses should come. Its difficult to do business with such high land costs.

Tiruapti ithe completely changed in recent years… unexpected level of growth in real estate.

city borders are changing every 4-5 years on multiple sides.in a few years Renigunta will be completely merged into tpt
