These claims violate the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954. The court issued a bailable arrest warrant after their failure to appear. Quote

Also, as long as you sell the product, it doesn't matter if you developed it or manufactured it. It makes you liable. If you look at COVID vaccine label, it clearly reads COVID Vaccine, where as Baba ramdev products doesn't explicitly state that they CURE diabetes. It's just his statements. By that extension, all endorsers of Health drinks such as Boost, Complan, Horlicks etc. should be jailed for false advertisements. They include cricketers, Actors. Why were they not jailed yet? What are courts doing? 🤔 Now wrt. Vax, if they are not 100% why did governments mandate it? All for a disease less than 1% mortality, where as the mortality in those that were studied in ASTRA ZENECA vaccine in west is about 30%. Quote
