India lo these are good for people who do on their own. I see a lot of sugarcane juice vans where it's all automated and they are doing well esp in summer without much hassle. Even food trucks are doing well.

Of course. I completely agree. Also you gotta have passion for it. My passion for food is limited to cooking at home and eating.

Daily operate cheyalante kashtam. Job quit cheste kaani cheyalem.

Intelligent/Smart ppl, baga sampadistadu, but he/she will do whatever is best for them. So having them manage a business is bad for you.

Trustworthy people usually very soft and cannot manage properly. Bataka nerchinodu undadu. Maree manchollu business ki paniki raru.

try weekends from home uncle, you will know if your hand is working?  degara unavalu mohamatanki bagundhi antaru, but outsiders  tho you will know   if you are not getting orders. Best time to start is in winters where people are lazy to go out , deliver chesthe sarle try chesdam anukuntunaru . you will know public pulse.

Vaddule uncle .. happy life lo enduku ee problems. I will stick to dining and entertaining people at my place. Plenty of other ways to make money.

there is lot of hype around but less proven successes, heard margins are slim but could be laborious 

choose right spots, targeted menu items 

could be no pain no gain mostly but test the waters if you are very interested

Desi food trucks try cheddam ani saradaga pothe old couple maintaining. Looked like someones parents or in-laws. Morning nundi beram ledu emaina teskondi ani ante, 3 vadalu, 2 mysore bondalu took. $25 charge chesaru. 

poni taste bagunda ante below avg unde. 

beram ledu ani vachina bakaras ni G 10g pampistaru with avg food taste. Atultadi desilathoti.
