Salaar Posted February 14 Report Posted February 14 Since we are flooded by this Ad now a days in every Social Platform. Don't listen to me and check out the Reviews [Not the Fake 5 stars ratings] from other parents if you are considering to signup to their courses. Save yourselves and your kids from "Bhanzu" online courses. They will Lure you with the Ads and torture with calls for Free Demo and they will not make you to leave the Demo Session without subscribing to them. I know it is my mistake for blindly trusting some s**t and enrolling the kids to some online class by looking at the Ads. Few Flags ######## 1) They will make you pay Huge upfront Payment for the whole Entire Year. 2) Fraudulent Refund Policies and you will never get your money back. Your kids will never feel comfortable with the teachers and classes. 2) If your kid is going to the schools anywhere outside India, They will have very hard time understanding their Teacher and ViceVersa. 3) Your Kids Wont make any progress what they Falsely advertise and will definitely feel uncomfortable to join the classes eventually discontinuing it with $0 Refund. I want to report this Fraudulent Company or at least make more people aware of their Fraudulent Policies to avoid the pain for both the Parents and Kids. 1 1 Quote

Maa kid ki english cheppidam ani oka friend dawara india online teacher tho matladithe they asked $2500 for 6 months with pay entirely at begining of course. i got shocked to know fee. then told my wife to forget it and look local placess. 1 Quote
Salaar Posted February 15 Author Report Posted February 15 If you're considering online classes for younger children, I strongly advise parents to think twice. Online learning introduces an additional communication barrier, which can be especially challenging for kids in their early developmental stages. Their assessment process is poorly structured, and I witnessed every child in the class being embarrassed by the teacher—a truly disheartening experience. In-person classes offer a far more supportive and engaging environment for younger learners. While online learning may be a viable option starting around 3rd grade, it is certainly not suitable for younger children. Quote

Yup, that huge upfront payment request confirms that they are not confident with their work and they know customer will discontinue as soon as they experience the sessions. Quote

balasubrahmanyam Posted March 28 Report Posted March 28 Bhanzu another Byjus Parents out there pls be cautious.Bhanzu is scamming parents to make hefty payments and are reluctant to refund. They have all reasons to delay or deny the refund.we are residing in U.S currently and they made us pay 50000rs and promised that they would help allocate teacher as per our timings. After receiving the payment they started to tell that since you are residing in U.S u need to pay additional 500$ for which we denied and asked to refund our amount. Now Mr Charan says they cannot refund until the child attends minimum of 20 classes,I have told him to deduct that 10000rs and refund the remaining 40000rs.Even for that he says child to undergo classes only then they will issue but again he says we cannot gaurantee remaining 40000rs I don't understand the reason why??..either ways they want to squeeze d money.not sure if this is happening under the watch of Neelakhanta Bhanu or if his doing the scams and he is trying to pay deaf ear even after these many complaints. So parents pls be cautious. Shame on you Bhanzu Quote
