But wife didn’t get her physical card yet. She is following up with USCIS from past 2 months, but they are not much useful, okka request to check on status pampithe, they are taking a month just to respond to email without any solution, all they are saying is somone working on it and we have to wait 30,60,90 days( each rep says different), all this just to get email response. We even reached out to congressman also, they haven’t heard anything from uscis. now her employer wants to do I-9 verification and her old card expires in a week. Today, her employer called and said they can put her on loss of pay for 2 weeks and post that terminate. TCS FT, and they are saying they wont rehire also.We worked so hard to settle down like this(Chinna salaries, maku ochina dantlo Entho kontha save cheskuntu), not aiming for big fat cheques. Already for no mistake of hers she got fired from earlier job in 2019. She has 9+ years of experience already. no time for trolling please. 1 Quote

Involve immigration attorney and let them reach out to USCIS they will respond to them than us 1 Quote
