She can speak to HR and take a 3 month loss of pay sabbatical...ee lopu card osthe sabbatical cancel cheskuni back to work...that's the only option if she wishes to stay in that job.

Sorry about your situation bro…. I think you should show them the approved letter and latest status on USCIS page… ask them to put on her leave until card gets delivered…

oka 100 200 pay chesi attorney tho check chesko.

EAD auto extension untadi, you can still show expired ead card with receipt of pending application.

alternatives kuda unai, check with attorney first.

Baga desperate unte, anyway approved so Ead card ni pake chesei. Adi only work permit and not visa, comparatively less risky
