Hello,

We have an independent house in Dilsukhnagar. It is about 450 Sq Yrds. Oka one crore cash undi, planning to demolish the house and  build 4 floors. One floor lo parents undi rest of it rental ki isle oka 75K ravochu. Asked few friends, total construction cost around 2 crores ayyela undi. Looking for suggestions.
