I know him too on Vox.. Johnny Harris is also good.. I always felt Ezra is a bit too on the left.. sounded preachy in his initial videos.. talking as if he is on a high ground.. the podcast is interesting though.. he lets people talk.. Quote

If you worked with a desi founder, you will understand what I am saying.. founder CEO’s of not so profitable companies struggle a lot to keep the company afloat and get funding and makes sure that the employees work hard and hard.. they treat you like their minion.. Musk is on the autism spectrum.. he is erratic at times.. over the period most of the tech people moved from left to the right dealing more and more with the government.. that’s why this podcast is interesting though as Kara swisher explains how these guys think and behave the way they behave.. People like him are mission focussed. If he sees 100 people working on an App that needs just 20 people, he sees the other 80 as villians. Bloat on the company. His focus is on how Twitter needs to help millions of users. User focussed not employee focussed. He is a manic for sure. He might be genius in some aspects but a fool in others just like other people. I see 95% of people living as pigs. Zero brains. I am logically awesome. But my tolerance levels is of a fool.
