The guy knows it either is complicit or scared of divulging details. His story of bringing her to knee deep waters and then her disappearence doesn't add up at all. We don't know if there are any boats in the water then. No such angle appears to be looked upon by Dominican authorities. The authorities don't appear to care much as well likely paid perhaps. Quote
