Not applicable for Tracy because in a recession all companies mandate 5 days in office, even 6 days Saturday also.

Tracy is the worst place to own house in that scenario, recession+full rto

i'm not from bay area but why are you so worried about tracy homes? were you planning to buy during pandemic and could not afford? or you planning buy when market crashes? or do you currently live there?

Just like Tracy mana Dallaspuram lo Celina and Prosper chaala mandhi paathukapoyaaru. I don't know how its going to play out in this market blood bath with jobs going everyday.

Irony is there are still quite a few doing multiple jobs 😁

I don't see good times returning anytime soon as quite a few OPTs , H4EADs ready to flood the market...

36 months OPT is killer that not many realize - they are immune to h1b reforms, labor rates etc... They are golden for witch companies and managers who hire them
