My guess is  eee term loo oka  20-30% capital construction progress ayitee goppa and janalu ela receive chestukuntaaru after 5yrs chudali... 

The difference this time is State has few grants and loans secured by center with which they can finish off atleast the adminstration area.

Atleast there will be some connectivity to Amaravati now from Vijayawada, thanks to the   past adminstration's West bypass initiative from Vijayawada to Amaravati.
