Kartik Aaryan’s mother has seemingly confirmed that the actor is dating Sreeleela. Recently, Kartik’s mother Mala Tiwari joined her son at the IIFA Awards 2025. A clip from the event has surfaced on social media in which Tiwari is being asked about her future daughter-in-law’s expectations. Reacting to this, Kartik’s mother revealed that her son’s wife should be a good doctor. “The family’s demand is a very good doctor," she said.

This has left everyone wondering if Kartik Aaryan’s mother was sharing a big hint towards her son’s dating rumours with Sreeleela. For the unversed, the South actress is also studying to become a doctor.

While neither Kartik not Sreeleela have either confirmed or denied their relationship as of now, the former’s mother’s statement has added fuel to the speculations.

Earlier this month, Sreeleela was also a part of the celebration when Kartik Aaryan and his family hosted a bash for his sister Dr Kritika Tiwari, who achieved another milestone in her medical career. In a video that surfaced on social media, Kartik and Sreeleela were seen having a great time at the house party. The actress was seen acing her hook step from Pushpa 2 song Kissik, while Kartik stood behind her, capturing moments from the party on his phone.

Interestingly, Kartik Aaryan and Sreeleela will soon also be sharing the screen in a yet-to-be-titled film, directed by Anurag Basu. The film will mark their first collaboration ever. Previously, a teaser of the film was released in which Kartik was seen singing ‘Tu Meri Zindagi’ on stage, sporting a brooding lover’s look with a heavy beard and rugged long hair. The video also featured a few glimpses of Sreeleela and Kartik’s romantic moments, giving fans a sneak-peek of the fresh pair’s sizzling chemistry. The film is all set to release in theatres on Diwali this year.
